The Junior Section of the CCC is officially open to all children, who are aged from 8 to 12. However, children younger than 8 are welcome to join in with most of our activities.

A range of activities are planned during the course of the year.

1st April - 6th April, Wellingore Memorial Hall, Easter games and competitions including an Easter egg hunt and sometimes the Easter Bunny puts in an appearance.

30th April - 3rd May, Osmaston Polo Ground, we have a sports event with races for the children to enjoy.

29th - 31st October, Scout Camp, Torksey, Bonfire Meet, we go Trick or Treating and make a Guy Fawkes for our bonfire.

Other events throughout the year include:-Treasure hunts, BBQ’s, Boules Competition, Dressing Up for themed events.

Children who camp regularly throughout the year fill in a treat card and those who complete the card are entitled to a treat. This year we are visiting a Pantomime.
